Poonghuzhalii primarily works on a made-to-order model. That means most of what you see here is not sitting ready on a shelf, waiting to be packed. It is brought together after you place your order.

And because of the way we make our garments, that takes time.

One garment. Many fabrics. Many places. One finished piece. If you look closely at a Poonghuzhalii garment, you will notice that many of our pieces bring together multiple fabrics, textures and weaves.

Ajrakh. Handloom. Kalamkari. Modal. And other carefully chosen materials.

These make up the majority of the fabrics we work with. And a garment rarely comes from just one place.

A single piece may require materials from four different vendors. Each material has its own availability and its own timeline.

So if three fabrics have arrived and the fourth hasn’t, the garment waits. We don’t simply replace that fabric with something convenient to make the order move faster.

We wait for the fabric that belongs to that piece. That is an important part of why our garments take time.

And you don’t have to take our word for it Look closely at our pieces.

You will see the different fabrics, textures and weaves coming together in ways that are intentional. The combination is part of the garment.

And sometimes, bringing everything together takes time.

MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Our standard production timeline is:

This is an estimated production timeline, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Once your garment has completed production, it will be dispatched to you.

Please remember:

• Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days.
• Production timelines are approximate and not guaranteed.
• Since the materials required for a garment may come from different vendors and have different availability timelines, some orders may occasionally require additional time.

25–50 business days refers to production. It does not include the courier delivery period after dispatch.

Some pieces are already available with us and are marked Ready to Ship.

These pieces do not follow the made-to-order production timeline.

They are generally dispatched within: 5–7 WORKING DAYS

Once your order has been dispatched, the shipment details will be shared with you through email or WhatsApp.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING — INDIA

We ship across India for a flat shipping charge of: ₹100

Orders are shipped through our trusted courier partners. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier network.

Please remember that your production timeline and courier delivery timeline are two different things.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

• Destination country
• Parcel weight
• Parcel dimensions

The applicable shipping charge will be automatically calculated during checkout before payment.

Once dispatched, international delivery timelines depend on the destination country and courier network.

ORDERS WITHIN INDIA

All prices displayed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other local charges imposed by the destination country’s customs authorities.

These charges:

Our courier partners generally make multiple delivery attempts.

• Failure to respond to courier communication

the shipment may be returned to us.

If the parcel needs to be dispatched again after being returned, any additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

We don’t substitute the material simply to make the order move faster.

And sometimes, this means an order may require additional production time beyond the estimated 25–50 business days.

If that happens, we will tell you.

Our team will contact you through email or WhatsApp with an updated estimated dispatch date.

We would rather give you an honest update than give you a convenient promise.
