Before You Place An Order.
We know the internet makes businesses look bigger than they are.
A beautiful website. A polished photograph. A reel that reaches thousands of people.
And suddenly, a tiny little brand can look like it has an entire building behind it.
We don’t.
We are still small.
Small enough to know when a particular fabric finally arrived.
Small enough to remember the piece that took three attempts to get right.
Small enough to celebrate when someone sends us a picture wearing something we made. And maybe that’s something we should tell you before you place an order.
Because when you buy from a small business, you’re not really buying from a website. You’re trusting the people behind it.
And we think honesty is the least we owe you.
We didn’t get here through big advertising budgets.
We didn’t get here through collaborations or paid shoutouts.
We didn’t have anything behind us making people discover us.
We were simply honest about what we were making, why we were making it, and what we believed clothing could be.
And somehow, that honesty brought us here.
So if that is what got us this far, we felt we owed you the same honesty about what happens after you place an order.
About why it takes time.
About why things aren’t always ready.
About why we sometimes have to wait.
About what actually goes into making your piece.
Not a polished version of it.
The real version.
Your order may take time.
Things may not always happen as quickly as they would at a much larger company.
Sometimes we’re figuring things out as we go. But what we can promise is that there are real people on the other side of your order who care that it reaches you exactly as it should. The same people who spend hours thinking about a border. The same people who will wait for the right fabric instead of replacing it with something easier.
The same people who would rather make fewer things that feel like us than make more things just because the internet expects everything immediately.
So before you place your order, we just want you to know who you’re trusting.
Not a giant company.
Not a warehouse. Not a machine.
Just a small team that started with an idea, kept making things differently, and somehow found people like you along the way.
And honestly, that’s the whole reason we’re still here.
