Since we don’t mass-produce, each piece is made after your order is placed. Most orders take 15–25 working days to dispatch. Certain handcrafted fabrics like Kalamkari or Ajrakh may take longer based on availability and weather conditions.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please get in touch within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly share an unboxing video for us to assist you smoothly. This helps us verify and resolve issues quickly.
We accept exchanges only for sizing issues — and only if the product is unworn, unused, and in original condition. Please notify us within 2 days of receiving the order. Reverse shipping charges will need to be borne by the customer.
