Return & Exchange Policy
We do not follow a refund policy.
Every piece at Poonguzhallii is made after your order is placed — carefully stitched, quality-checked, and packed by hand.
Returns are accepted in the following cases:
- You received a wrong item (wrong color, size, or design).
- The product has a genuine defect or damage.
- The size is completely off from what you ordered, and it isn’t a custom-measured piece.
In such cases:
To process such concerns, please send us a clear parcel opening video (from unwrapping to the issue being shown) within 48 hours of delivery. Without this, we will not be able to offer support.

If the return is approved, you may:
- Exchange it with a different size/item (subject to availability), or

Request a credit note for the same value, valid for your next order.
We accept exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, with tags intact and original packaging.
- Once we receive the piece and verify its condition, we will initiate the exchange.
- Exchange is allowed only once per order and must be initiated within 2 days of delivery.

We do not accept exchanges for products that are custom-stitched or altered to measurements.
International orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
We request you to please check our size chart before placing your order.

What is not eligible for return:
- Custom-measured orders (stitched to your specific size).
- Slight differences in print, dye, or hand finish — our pieces use handmade fabrics like Ajrakh, Kalamkari, and Handloom, and natural variation is part of their beauty.
